Each person is unique and has a unique body, with differences in the anatomy of their joints, in the shape, proportion, and orientation of their bones. That's why the focus is not on how a posture looks on the outside, but rather what the person feels on the inside.

Muscle Chains Program
3-month personalized yoga program
Muscle chains is a personalized yoga therapy program adapted to your specific needs, based on a postural study of your body that we conduct in the first session.
Gentle Yoga
In gentle yoga classes, the main focus is to learn to listen to and feel your body through gentle, safe, and effective movements.
Restorative Yoga
The practice of restorative yoga leads to a state of conscious deep rest of the nervous system. This practice involves gentle and effortless postures with the aid of props, ensuring the body is fully supported and able to completely relax.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy classes are practiced in private sessions or in small groups and are aimed at individuals dealing with a specific illness or injury.
Somatic Movements
Somatic movement education is a self-care method aimed at teaching individuals to train their nervous system to release chronic muscle tension with the objective to relieve chronic pain and improve posture and range of motion.
This method is based on slow and mindful movements that allow the individual to connect easily with their body. The movements are very gentle and are practised mostly in a reclining position on the floor.
What is effective for one person, could be ineffective and even harmful for another. That is why we adapt the posture to the person, not the person to the posture.

About me
My name is Nathalie, and I am a yoga teacher and somatic movement educator. Until 2008, I lived in the Netherlands and worked as a family physician, a profession I loved but also found very stressful. In my quest for a healthier and more balanced life, I discovered yoga and meditation. My family and I moved to Spain, where I had the opportunity to delve deeper into yoga and assist others in improving their health.
Both my knowledge of anatomy and pathology, as well as my experience as a physician, allow me to create safe and effective yoga classes, taking in regard that every person is unique, also in the form of the joints, the tissues, the physiology and mind. What is important is not how a posture looks from the outside, but what the person feels inside, when practising.
I specialize in therapeutic yoga, which is the application of yoga to injuries, pathologies, as well as in gentle yoga and muscle chains.
